Return and Refund Policy
At Craflea Leather Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility & Window
Return Window: You can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly on craflea.com.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Free Returns: Return shipping is completely FREE for eligible orders delivered within India and Australia. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange a courier pickup at no extra charge to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our support team at info@craflea.com within 3 days of receiving your item with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, our team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions on how to package and hand over your shipment.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all attached tags and dispatch it per the provided instructions.
4. Refunds & Processing Timeline
Inspection: Once your returned item is delivered to our facility, our team will inspect it within 24–48 hours.
Refund Approval: Upon passing inspection, we will notify you of your refund status via email.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.
Refund Method: The purchase amount will be credited back directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) or transferred via direct bank deposit for Cash-on-Delivery orders.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately within 3 days of delivery at info@craflea.com with photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund promptly.
